Read more answer nowA Yes If you change the front springs for longer ones, you will have to change the shock as well. Since the stock shock will be short https://www.suspensionlifts.com/product-category/ford/f250/2017/?swoof=1&pa_product-type=shocks&pa_frontrear=front&really_curr_tax=754-product_cat we also recommend changing the UCAs with this height and setting diff drop kit Diff drop kit is recommended for 4WD trucks for 1.5'' of front lift and more to increase the CV axles life.
