      A rear lift does not depend on front leveling amount so it will work

      A front shocks can be used to lift the front of the truck. These shocks can be used with a stock spring. Installation Instructions https://productdesk.cart.bilsteinus.com//media/products/bilstein/E4-WM5-Y517A00_1.pdf Rear shocks can be operated with 0-1 inch lift. If you are using small spacer on top of rear coils then these shocks will do. In order to figure out how much lift you need to level please take existing measurements from center of the wheel hub to the bottom of the fender. Difference between front and rear is how much lift you need to level. https://www.bilsteinlifts.com/level.png

      A you can keep your old coils if they are in a good shape or order new OEM coils
